Prospective Employees

We gather personal information from individuals aspiring to join our team, which includes details provided in their CVs and applications such as names, contact information, employment history, and work experience. This information is essential for evaluating their suitability to become part of our team and, if successful, to proceed with employment contract formalities. The information is collected directly from the individuals or through recruitment agencies, provided the individuals have consented to the agency sharing their CV and other relevant details with us. Should an individual's application be unsuccessful, we retain their personal data for 1 year, after which it is securely deleted from our records.

Employees

Delta Analytics collects employee information including names, contact details, previous employment history, qualifications, medical and health information, bank account details, dates of birth, National Insurance Numbers, next of kin, work eligibility in the UK, and criminal record status. This information is gathered solely for the purposes of assessing an individual's suitability for employment with us, entering into and managing an employment contract, and fulfilling our contractual obligations. In cases where we collect 'special category data' like health information, it is done only when necessary for our employment-related responsibilities and rights, or when the individual has given explicit consent. Employee data is retained for 7 years following the conclusion of their employment contract with us.

2. Data Sharing

We do not disclose personal data to other organisations unless they are trusted partners working on our behalf or assisting us in delivering our services to you. These partners must demonstrate compliance with EU data protection laws. We maintain suitable agreements with our data processors to guarantee that personal data is adequately protected and managed in accordance with these standards.
